Although initially the company dealt with the transport of mineral aggregates, due to the need to satisfy the requirements of the clients related to the quality and volume of the goods delivered, the department of extraction and production of mineral aggregates used for constructions was developed.
Since its establishment, in 1992, the company's policy has been oriented towards satisfying, to the highest degree, the requirements and demands of our customers, by ensuring a high quality of the aggregates delivered and the services provided, as well as by permanent communication with our beneficiaries for to be able to anticipate their needs and expectations.
Treating customer requirements with utmost seriousness has led to long-term collaborations with renowned companies, such as: Astaldi SpA Italy, WeBuild SPA, CRH Romania, Max Boegl, Strabag Romania, Porr Construct, Somaco Prefabricate, Travertec S.R.L., member of RAIL ONE, Holcim, Colas, etc., to which we constantly supply ballast and quarry aggregates.
The evolution of the company has experienced a continuously upward trajectory. The financial results achieved over time made S.C. Luscan Com SRL to rank annually in the leading positions in the rankings made by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Buzău County, obtaining in recent years the 1st and 2nd place in the top profile companies in Buzău County.

Prospecting for opening a hub for the collection of recyclable materials at the base in Arad – 74,000 sq. m., superstructure provided with storage halls and access to 2 railways in the premises + unloading-loading platforms.
Prospecting for the opening of a logistics hub Budweis, Czech Republic;
Refurbishment of the Batuța quarry. The acquisition of a new high-capacity production line using latest technologies in the field, that lead to the reduction of pollution through reduced energy consumption, the reduction of dust pollution, reduce of the noise pollution, as well as increasing the quality of sorts and operating under maximum safety conditions.
