On 15,000 square meters of the total area of the base, a new station, Ammann, is installed, which has a production capacity of 180 t/h. This station being of the newest generation, ensures constant production and the best quality, with low energy consumption. The new station also features a milled asphalt recycling system. At the same time, a Massenza-type bituminous emulsion production station was installed within the premises of the Cernica base.

Starting from November 1, 2022, the asphalt station in Cernica started the production and sale of asphalt for infrastructure projects in Bucharest, but also in the counties: Ilfov, Buzău, Ialomița, Călăraşi and Giurgiu, producing 50,000 tons of asphalt in the first 6 months of activity.
